Audio
SDI has a tremendous inventory of the latest in audio technology including digital Yamaha consoles, Shure wireless microphones, EAW and DAS line array speaker systems, Meyer, Crown, JBL, Clearcom, and Midas.
Video
SDI is a leader in providing state of the art switching systems including Folsom’s newest Encore, projection including Christie LX120 projectors and 12HD projectors, Grass Valley iDDR Turbos, Sony cameras, Plasma Monitors, and screens of all sizes. SDI specializes in the production of wide screen events - including screens in excess of 100 feet in width.
Lighting
SDI takes great pride in its lighting design and production. In addition to a huge inventory of conventional instruments, SDI also offer Mac 2000’s, Vari-Lites, High End DL.2 digital instruments and Axon Media Servers, 100-thousand lumen Showguns, Hog III consoles, and a variety of LED instruments including Color-blasts, one-meter Megabars, and Altman Spectra-pars.
Scenic
Have a theme? We can bring it to life. In addition to design and fabrication of custom sets and signage, SDI offers a number of affordable rental sets. We also provide custom lecterns, screen surrounds, stage carpet and drape (tie-on, fiber curtain and pipe).
Media Production
Allow SDI to assist with the production of video and other content for your events. Our full time staff can shoot and edit opening videos, closers, and even on-site candids modules. We own three Final Cut Pro HD production suites complete with a license music library, DVD authoring, and animation software.
CADs and Renderings
SDI can be of great service pre-event with set renderings and mechanical drawings. Vectorworks or AutoCAD designs save a lot of time and money especially on larger events with complex rigging.
Labor
In addition to a full time staff of engineers in all departments, we have relationships with the best freelancers in the nation as well as local labor companies (both union and non-union) to make sure your event is properly staffed.
Fleet
We own a fleet of trucks which transport gear across the nation daily. We also have experience with international freight for events over-seas.
Entertainment
SDI provides full production support for bands, speakers and celebrities - from named talent to smaller corporate acts.
